  • Cancellation policy:

    - More than 29 days before arrival, free cancellations.
    - Within 15 - 28 days before arrival, 3 days charge.
    - Within 14 - 0 days before arrival and early departures 100% charge of the accommodation
    - Seaplane will be charged if not cancelled within 3 days before arrival.

  • Infants 0 - 2 years will be charged Euro 6.00 / night bed tax only.
  • Special Children reduction Christmas & New Year period:

    - +Euro 32.00 on double room rate per child per night if accompanied by 2 adults .

  • Maldivian Rufiyaa is not accepted as payment for accommodation or extras.
  • Check out time is 12.00; noon.
  • One free sunset cruise and free use of windsurfing equipment & canoes are included in the prices.
